Rate:
$90 per 50-minute session. Payment is due at the time of the session unless billing arrangements are made.
Payment:
Cash, check, Visa and Master card are accepted for payment.
Insurance:
I am a provider for several insurance companies. Please call me to inquire about using your insurance for payment. If I am not a provider for your insurance coverage, I can give you a billing statement that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy:
Twenty-four hours notice is required to cancel your appointment.
