$80 per 50-minute session

Cash, check, Visa, and Master card are accepted for payment.

Insurance
I am a provider for several insurance companies. Please call me to inquire about using your insurance for payment. If I am not a provider for your insurance coverage, I can give you a billing statement that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy
Please notify me before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel it. As long as you notify me before your appointment time, you will not be charged for it. If you do not attend your appointment and do not call me, and then wish to return for another appointment, you will need to pay for the missed session.
